The Seventh Annual How Weird Street Faire happens Sunday,
May 7th, 2006, on Howard St. between 11th and 12th Sts. in San Francisco!
About The How Weird Street Faire

On Sunday, May 7th, 2006, Howard Street will be transformed into a festival of music, art, dance, celebration, and fun.

Music is the universal language, able to transcend political and cultural differences. The How Weird Street Faire is a celebration of peace and community, uniting diverse groups of people together with music and art. It is possible to turn enemies into friends by recognizing the shared interest and inspiration found through creativity, and by sharing the interactive experience of dance. This is our way of creating peace.

The How Weird Street Faire is centered at Howard and 12th Streets, in the SOMA district of San Francisco. At that intersection, there will be a mandala made of grass – an urban crop circle – where festival-goers can relax, eat, connect, and learn about fostering peace.

The How Weird Street Faire is an assortment of collectives and individuals collaborating together in sound and art, uniting in a vision of peace. It is also the annual benefit for the World Peace Through Technology Organization.

Please join us and have a great time!
